ABOUT
JASIENIECKI & RACIOPPI LAW
Our firm’s practice is largely dedicated to the defense and prosecution of workers’ compensation claims in the State of New Jersey at all levels, pre-trials, trials and appeals.
We also represent carriers on personal injury protection (PIP) reimbursement recoveries where workers’ compensation coverage should have been primary. Other areas of our practice are Wills, Estate planning, Real Estate Transactions, and Municipal Court cases.
High Point Insurance, Liberty Mutual, Specialty Risk Services, Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., RSKCo., State of New York Insurance Department (NJ Claims), New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company and Zenith Insurance Company are among the carriers and third party administrators we represent.
We also represent numerous self insureds, including Verizon, Elizabethtown Gas, Hercules and the Morris County Joint Insurance Fund.
Our firm and its predecessor firm have been in business for over 50 years.
Our philosophy is to prepare all matters for conclusion and early resolution. We, of course, stand ready to try cases through Appeal, as appropriate.

ABOUT
JOHN JASIENIECKI
Mr. John J. Jasieniecki is a graduate of Trenton State College (now the College of New Jersey), has a masters degree from Villanova University and a law degree from Cleveland Marshall Law School. He has specialized in workers’ compensation claims for the last thirty-years and previously was with the house counsel for Travelers Insurance Company’s workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Jasieniecki is a member of the New Jersey Self-Insured’s Legislative and Programs Committees and is a frequent presenter at their twice annual symposiums.

JOSEPH RACIOPPI
Mr. Joseph G. Racioppi is a graduate of Montclair State University with a law degree from Ohio Northern University College of Law. Mr. Racioppi has over thirty years experience specializing in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Previously he has worked for AIG Insurance Company, Ohio Casualty Group and The Zenith Insurance Company. He has handled numerous cases at the Appellate Division and Supreme Court levels.
