J&R Law Curriculum Vitae
JASIENIECKI & RACIOPPI LAW
Our firm’s practice is largely dedicated to the defense and prosecution of workers’ compensation claims in the State of New Jersey at all levels, pre-trials, trials and appeals.
We also represent carriers on personal injury protection (PIP) reimbursement recoveries where workers’ compensation coverage should have been primary. Other areas of our practice are Wills, Estate planning, Real Estate Transactions, and Municipal Court cases.
High Point Insurance, Liberty Mutual, Specialty Risk Services, Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., RSKCo., State of New York Insurance Department (NJ Claims), New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company and Zenith Insurance Company are among the carriers and third party administrators we represent.
We also represent numerous self insureds, including Verizon, Elizabethtown Gas, Hercules and the Morris County Joint Insurance Fund.
Our firm and its predecessor firm have been in business for over 50 years.
Our philosophy is to prepare all matters for conclusion and early resolution. We, of course, stand ready to try cases through Appeal, as appropriate.
We would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and your associates in the event you have an interest in our services.

J&R Law Firm has won many notable cases over the years. This one was written about in a New Jersey blog:
"It can be challenging to prove that a fairly common cancer occurring frequently in the general population is work related. The case of Proscia v. Advanced Biotech, A-3017-17T2 (App. Div. April 26, 2019) offers interesting guidance on how an injured worker can prove such a case."
